In most Canadian provinces, this is 19 years of age, while in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, the legal age is 18. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid identification.

Event bookings require a deposit to secure the date and services. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type and scale of the event:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus processing fees
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days notice: No refund
• Force majeure events: Full refund or rescheduling options

6. Liability and Insurance

New Casino Events CA carries comprehensive liability insurance for all events. However, participants engage in gaming activities at their own risk. We are not responsible for personal losses incurred during gaming activities or personal property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
